Just so you know

Things have been a little out-of-synch lately, so I have been slack about the blog. Ok, that is an understatement since I still haven't recapped our trip to Ohio around the 4th of July!

I started a week of orientation for my new job the week of July 13th. It has been quite an adjustment for all of us to have mom gone 36 hours a week. I am enjoying my work, although being away from the kids and from Matt 12 hours a day feels long. It is like the day doesn't even exist. Tuesday was my first night working by myself, and today is my first day without my preceptor. Obviously, things are going well/slowly because I am updating the blog.
