A few little things...

Last night, after we put Alden to bed, we heard her singing "Jesus loves me", not once, not twice, but probably close to 30 times...while holding her dinosaur book...and her voice kept cracking on the high notes. Funny.

As usual, she was up a couple times to use the potty, and one of the times, she came out and sat with me while I was sewing. She started her own "project" cutting up some of the fabric scraps and sticking pins in them. I think it was close to 11 by the time she actually went to sleep.

This was after her vocal stylings at lunch time. She sat at the piano and played and sang a couple different dittys. My favorite was "Halloween, Halloween, we give thanks today." Then, there was "Princesses, princesses, Ariel, Ariel".

Hudson has been grabbing one of us by the hand and leading us to where he wants us and letting us know what he wants. This is really sweet, and he did it to Amber and Matt the other day. Sometimes, he just comes over and wants you to pick him up and then he points and leans in the direction he wants to go. A lot of times his destination of choice is the bowl in the kitchen with the lollipops.

He is starting to say some things. He will point to things and say "this", and I swear, the other day, he said "this juice". He loves looking at the Lift the Flap Farm Book, and the mini-Farm Animals book, which is about to disintegrate because Alden loved it and they both like(d) to chew on it.
